Do it when you are ready
For some that is hour one. For some it is week three, after quietly watching a few calls. Both are on time.
The home base
The community lives in the Discord: daily calls, channels per project, and people you can just ask. This page is the map — where to say hi, what the server is like, who to ask about anything, and the one rule everything runs on.
When you are in: say hi in #introductions.
The front door
The most important step is not a form or a download. Post one hello in #introductions — a human will answer. That is how this community works: guides and agents come second; people come first.
For some that is hour one. For some it is week three, after quietly watching a few calls. Both are on time.
The person who answers your first hello was a newcomer once. Answering the next hello is one of the first contributions available to you — and the one that grows this place fastest.
A project you are carrying, plain curiosity, the philosophy, or the people — name yours in your introduction. A named why is an anchor.
What is in it
Daily & weekly
Ten recurring calls every week — learning, building, showcasing, matchmaking — on Discord voice, Discord Stage, and Zoom. Stage events have listen-only mode built in.
Every project
ResonantOS development, the AI stack, governance, content, hardware — each area has a channel and the people who tend it. Find your island below.
Weekly
Friday: present what you are building, whatever stage it is in. Sunday: 90-second pitches and breakout rooms — the fastest way to find collaborators.
Who does what
There is no hierarchy here — the community’s one rule is sovereignty. These are the areas of the community and the people who tend them. It answers one question: who do I ask about X? Discord roles (Custodian, R-Moderator, Community Leader, Pioneer-Tech) describe involvement, not rank. Ownership works the same way: no shareholders, no founder’s seat. The people who tend the islands and build in the channels are the people this community belongs to.
| Island | Who tends it | Ask about | How to reach |
|---|---|---|---|
| Philosophy & the Manifesto | Manolo Remiddi (Custodian) | Augmentatism, the manifesto, world building, the DAO vision, Cosmodestiny (his personal philosophy, distinct from the shared manifesto) | the Discord, or book a call directly |
| Discord & Moderation | Ximo (ximonomix) | Discord questions, channel structure, server issues, reporting problems | Discord DM, or the moderation channel |
| ResonantOS Development | Dr. Tom, vrondelli (leading the dev team) | ResonantOS architecture, contributing code, bugfix PRs, the repo | the dev channels on Discord · github.com/ResonantOS |
| Co-op Engine | Future4200 | The Co-op Engine, the Sunday co-op call (90-second pitch + breakout rooms) | the Discord — see the Sunday event |
| AI Stack & Hardware | Function listed, person unnamed by their preference | Local AI setups, hardware for running models, the community AI stack | the AI-stack channel — an experienced moderator tends this island |
| Friday Project Presentations | Mel DeWeese | Presenting your project at the Friday slot — one of the main entry points for showing what you are building | the Discord |
| Onboarding | Frinzfrinz (advisory, “amigo” role) | Getting started, which meeting to join first, the Welcome Guide, this map | DM Frinzfrinz on the Discord |
Open islands — this could be you: Governance & DAO, and the token economy, have no keeper yet. Raise them in the governance channel, or bring them to the Monday ResonantDAO Exploration & Community Sync. You do not need permission; you just need to start.
For the quiet ones
Every Discord Stage event — Resonant Academy, AI Stack, Friday Automation — has listener/speaker separation built in. You can attend purely as audience, and nobody can put you on the spot.
Camera off, mic off, just listening is a full way to attend anything here. Speak whenever you are ready — including never.
Watching calls is contribution. Using someone’s tool and telling them what broke is contribution. The audience is the market, not a holding pen.
The band is only one of the roles. So is the sound tech, the light design, the manager. Test someone’s tool. Fix a wrong meeting time. Answer a question in a channel.
The one rule
You are sovereign. Nobody prescribes what you build — and you never capture anyone else’s sovereignty. That is the Law of Anti-Capture, and it is the ethical floor for everything here, including the AI tools the community ships. And what you co-build, you co-own: the community is held by its contributors, not by anyone who bought in.
